Orders are processed promptly after being placed. All order details will be verified to ensure accuracy before fulfillment.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (Free)
Standard shipping is available for all orders within Canada. Orders will typically arrive within 12-18 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $24.99, with delivery expected within 8-12 business days.

International Shipping
International shipping is available. Delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination. Shipping details will be provided at checkout.

Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the status of their delivery.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied by the destination country.

Delivery Responsibility
After an order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. In the event of damage during transit, please contact the carrier directly.

Order Modifications
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted.

Missing Item Disposal
If any item/items are missing from your order upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide the order number and a list of missing items. The responsibility for missing items lies with the shipping company, and we will track the shipment with them. If the item is still not found, we will issue a full refund against the missing item/items or offer a replacement as per your preference.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
